Telecel Ghana introduces new frequency

4G+, ServiceMode, LTE-BASIC Info, Band:3 BW: 20MHz, DL & UL Frequency: 1430 / 19430, MIMO Mode/MIMO RI: TBD / 2, Serving Cell ID:9 (PCI:362), Registered PLMN: 620 02, RSRP:-110 RSRQ:-8 RSSI:-82, TAC:50010 SINR: 6, RRC: CONNECTED, Tx Pwr: 16

Telecel recently started to use new frequencies (channel 1430, 20 MHz) in Sunyani, in addition to its half of Band 20. Earlier, in Band 3, it used channel 1500, 10 MHz.

Approximately,Possibly excluding very unusual configurations on both sides (e.g. 8x8 MIMO, 1024 QAM, and low-band 4x4), it is not possible to achieve a download speed of a gigabit per second over CA_3A-20A.

A part of the 'new' frequencies was previously used by MTN to provide 2G DCS1800 services, and rarely 4G elsewhere. MTN now has DCS1800 on a part (not the guard band) of the previous channel 1500, 10 MHz and in addition, certain frequencies previously used by Tigo.

Most notably, moved off the graph are MTN 2G 587 to 636, MTN 4G 1401 10 MHz, and Tigo 2G 636 to 707.What the spectrum now approximately looks like.
